Clinical Features and Biomarkers Associated With Intensive Care–Dependent Refractory NMDAR Encephalitis
In this retrospective cohort study of patients with NMDARE admitted to the ICU, we analyzed the duration of ICU stays after the initiation of second-line treatment to clarify the definition of RI-NMDARE. In addition, we examined the baseline clinical features and biomarkers of patients identified as RI-NMDARE and evaluated the management strategies and resulting outcomes.
